The Reiki Mastery Series

The Seattle Reiki Mastery Series had its start November of 2002. Seven students and I worked together for the better part of a year until the entire syllabus was completed and all demonstrated proficiency with channeling reiki. Since then many others have come forward to help teach, attune, assist and critique our methods. At the start of 2012, over nine years since our first invitation to learn, we will begin our 16th Reiki Mastery Series.
I want to also express my gratitude for my teachers Wendi Robinson and Debra Findlayson of Infinite Reiki for including me in their reiki classes.
At the annual “Healing Gathering” in the Okanagons’ over two decades ago, I accidentally brushed my leg against a red hot wood stove and had it treated at the first aid station. To my surprise, the woman who treated me used “Reiki” and nothing else. The pain went away, there was no swelling or blistering afterwards and I was able to continue to enjoy the weekend. At the massage pavilion that I had set up, I noticed several practitioners using “energy” techniques and received a treatment myself. I had just received my Washington State massage practitioners license and was intensely interested in the healing modalities that I experienced that weekend.
I did go on to explore experientially and in-depth the classical elements and “the pulse of life”. My life has not been the same since. Many Blessings to all of the “teachers” that have been there for my journey.
My training with Wendi and Debra and my subsequent certification as a Reiki Master has given me an energy based system that can be easily shared with and taught to others.
Inside you will find reiki resources from a variety of authors and publications, most of which are freely available on the internet that explain what reiki is, the history of reiki, the reiki system, and a variety of research materials that will be useful in understanding time and vibrational energy.
